Our organisational charter

As part of the Calder Valley Group, we promote their operational charter and encourage all businesses we work with to provide the best working environment possible, and to ensure they create the most good possible.

This legally binding charter protects the longevity of the social value businesses create.

The charter will be made public soon, and in principle it sets rules on:

- Wages guaranteed at least 50% above national minimum

- Director compensation capped at 10x the lowest company salary

- Minimum spending on staff well-being including financial benefits

- Open communication between teams and within teams
